My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making my check-in experience pleasant. However, I encountered several issues such as a lack of necessities in the room and a breakfast that did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. The room was comfortable, but there were some management problems that impacted our overall experience.
